The Vineyard

Damery, land of Meunier
The Damery vineyard is deeply rooted in the Champagne terroir. Meunier, the region's king grape variety, expresses its unique character and accounts for 50% of the vineyard. Chardonnay (30%) and Pinot Noir (20%) harmoniously complement our terroir.
A precious heritage
Meunier, the region's king grape variety, expresses itself with a unique typicity.
From generation to generation, the family has handed down traditional know-how and a deep respect for nature. Integrated viticulture is practised to preserve the richness of the terroir and guarantee grapes of exceptional quality.
In July, we will be certified High Environmental Value 4 / Sustainable viticulture in Champagne
Patience & observation
Patience and observation are the watchwords of the winemaking process. The grapes are picked at optimum ripeness, after careful monitoring of their development. The work in the vineyard is meticulous, with every gesture carefully considered to get the best out of each plot. Time is taken to let the magic happen and create champagnes of great finesse.
For the ripening of the grapes, waiting for the most opportune moment is also essential: not too early, not too late, do not rush, no need to finish early. Flavorful, sun-drenched grapes are so good for what we are looking for.
